At The Pink Moon Store, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. While we generally do not offer refunds or returns, we do make exceptions for exchanges.
We have a 15-business-day exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after the purchase of your item to request an exchange. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, to be eligible for an exchange. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Get in touch with us to request an exchange for our products.
Once your exchange request has been approved, you will receive an email from us with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept any items that are sent back to us without first requesting an exchange.
